Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria for Mandala KAP
Thank you for your interest in our program. Please take some time to read carefully through the following criteria for participation.
Inclusion Criteria:
If you are experiencing one or more of the following you may qualify:

Currently or recently employed as a healthcare professional
-
Diagnosis of PTSD, depression, anxiety or sleep disorder
-
Emotional numbness, loss of focus or loss of interest in your work
-
Increasing desire to leave the healthcare industry since the pandemic.

Burnout:
Emotional signs and symptoms of workplace burnout:
- A Sense of failure and self-doubt.
- Feeling helpless, trapped, and defeated.
- Detachment, feeling alone in the world/your work environment.
- Loss of motivation.
- Increasingly cynical and negative outlook.
- Decreased satisfaction and sense of accomplishment.
Exclusion Criteria
Any of the following health concerns would exclude participation at this time:

Uncontrolled or untreated hypertension (above 150/90)

Some Hepatic, Renal or Vascular disorders (reviewed case by case)

Unstable Cardiac condition

Unstable neurological condition
-
Stroke or TIA within the last year
-
Dementia /Delirium
-
Extreme emotional instability
-
Diagnosed Bipolar disorder
-
Diagnosed Psychotic disorder
-
Presence of active psychotic symptoms
-
Recent Psychiatric Hospitalization (within 1 year)

Suicidal Ideation or Suicide attempt within the past year
-
Currently in treatment for substance use disorder
-
Ketamine allergy, or history of ketamine abuse disorder

Pregnancy
-
Inability to tolerate group work
-
Unable to make all of the scheduled program dates.
